1. Click on the little triangle icon at the bottom right of your computer screen. (Near the clock)
2. Click on the AK Group icon as shown below. (Orange AK)
3. Then select from the list of support options as shown below. For fastest and most effective service you can send us a support request or start a chat.
Either of the options selected from here will send some information from your device along with the request to our tech’s that will allow us to troubleshoot your issues a lot faster.
